Advanced Scientifics holds two manufacturing facilities, headquarters and main manufacturing located in Millersburg, Pennsylvania as well as off-shore manufacturing capabilities located in Matamoros, Mexico.

Established in 2007, Advanced Scientifics' facility in Matamoros, Mexico, is located on the south Texas border. The 33,000 square foot facility has complete parallel manufacturing capabilities, a 10,000 square foot class 7 clean room, Made2Manage ERP system, and ample room for expansion. The facility is also FDA registered and ISO 13485:2003 certified. The Matamoros facility contracts with a local gamma and EtO irradiator in Texas. The Mexico facility allows ASI to provide a high quality, high volume, low cost manufacturing option.
