In-House Mold Design

Mold design is the critical link to shortening a project’s time to market by maximizing mold performance and thereby reducing product costs. Advanced Scientifics takes the time to understand your project and assist you in design. Engineering will translate any design into a 3-D format utilizing Solid Works, Pro Engineer, Unigraphics, Auto CAD or CadKey design packages. Product designs may then be transmitted onto paper or in electronic format via E-mail or disk.

Product Design/Engineering

Advanced Scientifics will assist each customer with the design of a disposable system that better integrates with their specific process. The company offers drawing generation and review, featuring CAD, as well as value engineering and automation specification. Advanced Scientifics will perform manufacturing process testing and line design specific to each product.

Prototyping

Advanced Scientifics prototyping services include machining and injection molding parts using inexpensive prototype tooling and stereo lithography apparatus (SLAs). By utilizing one of our prototype options, our customers can quickly determine the feasibility of critical design features.
