IT Technician
General Purpose:
- Responsible for providing software, hardware and network problem resolution
- Level 1 Help Desk Support
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for moving/adding/or changing computer and peripherals as needed
- Responsible for installing new software on computers as needed
- Responsible for cleaning, modifying, and repairing computer hardware
- Responsible for maintaining and monitoring backup processes
- Responsible for clearly communicating with end users in a professional manner
- Provide one-on-one end user training as needed
- Responsible for maintaining hardware and software asset documentation
- Responsible for completing day to day help desk tickets
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree in Computer Science or other relevant field. May substitute work experience in lieu of a higher education.
- Must have troubleshooting experience with Office 2003-2010, Windows Xp and Windows7, and Adobe products (reader, standard, and pro)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
- Familiar with installing static IP devices in a network.
- Cat5e troubleshooting and wiring skills
- Corporate phone systems skills are a plus
- Good customer service skills are a must
Mechanical Drafter
General Purpose:
- Transforms initial rough product designs using computer aided design (CAD) into working documents.
- Supports continuous improvement throughout facility
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requests and generate CAD drawings using AutoCAD accurately and timely
- Complete ECO’s (Engineering Change Orders) to setup new product or revised product
- Generate/modify routing using standard templates
- Perform product testing as needed
- Estimate labor time required to produce product and submit quote to customer using established labor standards
- Generate 2D tooling prints under supervision of Tooling Manager
- Interact with customers to help them develop better product by providing various available options which will add value to the product
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience with AutoCad and SolidWorks is required
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Quality Engineering Technician
Position Summary:
- This position ensures that the products manufactured in the organization fit the purpose and meet the customer expectations and legal compliance. They will develop and coordinate all necessary activities and programs necessary to meet and maintain quality standards and reliability of manufactured products. They will document the product’s test results and provide suggestions required to attain the best quality product possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have experience with operation of vision systems (i.e. OGP Smart Scope), CMM and optical comparators.
- Must have experience with Injection molding division
- Write validation protocols and implement and oversee those plans. Knowledge of validation procedure and requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Understanding of the product development process, associated terminology, and quality system requirements for ISO 13485 and FDA CFR21 part 820.
- Responsible for understanding, evaluating and executing all tests and procedures properly and investigating the product modifications and keeping proper records of data in testing products, quality materials etc…
- Responsible for First Article and in-process measurement, fixture designing, and programming of the video inspection system
- Train inspectors on measurement tools to check parts for critical dimensions and visual inspection
- Responsible for supervising technical team in carrying out checks and tests, monitoring performance by collecting information and preparing reports and determining and delivering quality associated training as needed and required
- Basic knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing and cGMP environment
- Bachelor or Associate degree preferred, but not required
- ASQ certification preferred (i.e. CQT, CQE), but not required
- Experience in FDA regulated and/or clean room environment is a plus
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel etc…)
- Ability to use SPC, control charts and create FMEA documents
