- Engineering is tasked with supplying quotes on custom Lifescience products, within 24 hours design and quote. Pulling from a variety of 700 components and 150 tubing options, to respond with a custom and specific customer requirement. Bag systems will range from 25 mL to 3,500 Liters, and quantities of 1 to 1M each.
- As we produce more than 10k product codes, management has built an FDA audited and registered format, which controls all aspects from the individual components, process, labor to sterile final product supply. The system brings the value of maintaining our customers Drug Master History File on their specific product, no matter the size or complexity of the product.
- The facility and equipment are constantly updated to add technology to control and maintain the highest quality within product manufacturing. This is integrated with a Quality department and oversight, that are consistently pushing to meet the highest Six Sigma values. Within this industry quality is “a given”.
