ASI uses high purity Class VI /non-animal origin films (Polyethylene, Ethyl Vinyl Acetate, Polypropylene, and Polyethylene-foil) which are available for manufacture of a custom container. These films have terrific barrier to water vapor and gas molecule transmission, as well as exceptional extractable profiles. Advanced Scientifics also has the capability to produce 3-D bags from 10L and up specific to customer height, width, and depth specifications as well as porting requirements. This allows the capability to manufacture systems regardless to the tote or carrier.
ASI carries a variety of connectors and tubing options. This offers the capability to provide port options of nearly limitless configurations. As well, offering filters equally from each of the major providers.
ASI uses non-animal origin plastics and offers a complete data and testing package on our films.
